Besides passing a cold around the house to everyone, we had a busy first month of the year. Here are a few highlights:
Weston loves being surrounded by the big jungle animals the kids got for Christmas. He loves snuggling with them and burying his head in the softness.
We have been looking for a new speaker system for along time now (our other one pretty much went kaput). There was a great speaker that went on sale on Amazon, and as a bonus also came with a disco ball and a karaoke microphone. So, now we have dance parties in our dining room!
I just love these pictures that I captured of Weston and Justin. Weston loves it when he comes home from work. This is the only word he says so far...."Dadn!" That means Daddy. And he loves being held or sitting by him. It's the cutest thing ever.

Are we crazy for building a fire in the fire pit in January and roasting marshmallows? Yes. But Brandon did a great job showing us how he learned to set up the wood from scouts!
