Our summer was fast and furious. When we were out of town, we were making great memories and spending time with people we love. When we were in town we were doing swimming lessons, getting ready for another trip, sending Justin on a trip, or getting ready for school to start.

We loved having a fire pit this summer and used it quite a few times to have a cook out!
See that big thing in the background? That is our new A/C unit! And it has made me very happy this summer. So thankful for it!

Charlie is trained to stay downstairs. So when we're upstairs, he is often waiting for us to come back down.

We discovered a gorgeous place to spend a sunny afternoon at Lake Wilderness. I think we'll be coming back here a lot next summer.
August and September mean that our blackberries are ripe! Fresh blackberry smoothies!
After having so much fun playing badminton in Utah, Brandon was determined to figure out how we could do it in our backyard. It's set up on a diagonal, and if we hit the birdie too hard they end up over the fence or in the blackberry bushes! But we enjoyed playing it a lot this summer!
And finally, one of our last weekends of summer we went camping at Ensign Ranch. In years past we've gone with the Millerbergs, but they moved to Utah. So we invited our good friends the Adams and had a ball!
Will we ever be able to go back to tent camping after this? This is the way to camp with a baby....hands down!
